- Q: How do I update my plug-in? A: Just download the latest demo version from our website and install it. Your licence details will be picked up automatically and your plug-in should unlock and run as a full version. That's it!
- Q: Do you allow licences to be transferred? A: Yes, you may transfer a licence once. The resulting licence becomes NFR (Not For Resale). Please let us know the name and email address of the person you're transferring the licence to.
- Q: Do you have an educational discount scheme? A: Yes, the details are explained here.
- Q: I've lost my licence code due to an HD crash - what can I do? A: If you're still using the email address you used when you purchased your licence, just go to this page and enter your email address. Your original licence details will be sent to you again. If you no longer use the same email address, contact us.
- Q: I'm a VAT registered business. Can I claim VAT exemption on a plugin? A: The Paddle checkout has a field in which you can enter your VAT number.
- Q: Are you going to do AAX (Pro Tools) versions of your plug-ins? A: Yes, we're actively working on it.
- Q: Will you do me a deal on a bundle of your plugins? A: Yes, we're very reasonable and will put together a deal for you.
- Q: I contacted you but didn't get an answer, why? A: We always answer all enquiries. If you think you didn't get an answer, please check your spam folder or try using a different method such as Facebook, Twitter, telephone (at a reasonable 9 to 5 GMT time, please!) or even a letter.
- Q: I bought one of your plugins - why didn't I get an authorisation code? A: Sometimes there are glitches with payment processors, sometimes emails get stuck in spam filters. Please contact us here, on Twitter, on Facebook, by telephone, or even a letter.
- Q: My plugin doesn't work - what should I do? A: Please contact us and we will do our best to get your plugin working. If we aren't able to do so, we'll refund the full purchase price of your plugin.
