In operating our website we collect and process the following data:
- Website Log Files: like most web sites, SPC Plugins makes use of log files. The information inside log files includes IP addresses, type of browser, date/time stamp, and referring and exit pages; this information allows us to analyse trends, administer the site, track users’ movement around the site and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
- Paddle: when you purchase a plugin using Paddle, we receive a receipt with your email address. Our webserver receives your email address and name which is used to create your authorisation code (serial number). No information is stored on our website’s server.
- Support Form: if you contact us using our support form or via an email link, we collect your name, email address and message if appropriate. For example, if you ask for a new feature on one of our plugins, we may keep your message so that we can contact you if we later add this feature.
We do not sell or give away your email address or other personal information.
